ORDER
On February 8, 2010, the Commission rendered its Decision approving the
application filed by Tarlac Electric Incorporated (TE!) for authority to implement
its 2009 major capital projects, with prayer for provisional authority.
In the said Decision, TE! was directed, among others, to pay the permit
fee in the amount of One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen
Pesos and Sixty-Eight Centavos (PhP 115,813.68).
On March 16, 2010, TE! paid the said amount as evidenced by Official
Receipt No. 7077794, Finding the said payment to be in compliance with the
Commission's directives, this case is declared CLOSED and TERMINATED.
