Business arising from the previous minutes of the Meeting dated July 22, 2021 at the QMPD boardroom

1. Hayuma Multi-purpose Cooperative status:

Ms. Salud had a meeting with Ms Rosario Palomeno regarding HMPC through discussion Action
form(DAF), the following information transpired:
a. The HMPC is no longer operative even before pandemic
b. The bank account of HMPC is already close due to low maintaining balance
c. The HMPC has not renewed its registration for a couple of years due to non-
compliance of requirements from Cooperative Development Authority( CAD)
d. Suggestions and recommendations were as follows:
 Declare HMPC inactive
 Change the name of the Cooperative for possible restoration of its operation
 To ask Ms. Palomeno provide the latest inventory that was submitted by Ms.
Elsie Bombales.
2. CES Moderators Management Training was successfully conducted last July 28, 2021
3. Participatory Project Evaluation for Brgy Masili from the previous years was successfully
conducted last August 4, 2021.
4. RSO’s donation for the Hapag ni Juan for BePa amounting to P11000 from the JMAL, JPIA
Koinonia and LEES BSIE. The 2000 pesos that was pldge by the INTEL (Information Tech of Letran
did not pursue. The said donation still to be given this month of October still to be given this
October along with the Bepa scholarship grant gift check.
5. BePa scholarship grant new recruit 2021-2022: one grade 7 student and two grade 8 students.
Mr Aris Siman will meet the 3 students today (Thursday October 7, 2021) and still have to
undergo screening from the Letran scholarship steering committee.
