Nowadays, I think the ”source of invalidity” of marriage that is a challenge to couples is under

incapacity to marry which is the lack of age. For me, this is a challenge to couples because there are lots
of young couples who believe that they are prepared and already capable to enter into married life, but
sad to say, they are still minors and cannot tie the knot. I can say that I personally witnessed a lot of
young couples at the age of 15 to 17, like my classmates before, who often acted impulsively because
they got carried away by their feelings. Furthermore, there is also a possibility that young couples need
to get married, with the demand of parents, due to pregnancy. Considering this, the marriage would be
void because they are still not in their legal age. Hence, young couples still need to wait until they reach
their legal age in order to get legally married.

Consequently, the possible ways to avoid this is to be cautious and not be tempted. As we all
know, young couples are very reckless because they are not matured enough to make careful decisions
since they are still in the process of growing to be a responsible adult. However, marriage is a sacred
union between two individuals that’s why it must be taken seriously with thorough thoughts and
contemplations, not just by simply carried away by feelings and emotion. As of now, we should just
enjoy our lives, experience different things, help to heal the world and wait for God’s perfect time to
stay on the right path and be completely happy. Generally, young couples should just wait for the right
time and age since they need to be matured and ready enough to have a strong marriage with their
partner.
