Dear Jackie,

Guess what! I’ve finally fulfilled my dreams of taking a language course in England.

It is taking place in Birmingham. It is breath-taking city, full of interesting people and I love being
here. It is located 160 km from Central London.

In my free time I really enjoy going for walks after lessons- they make me feel more relaxed. I love to
get on well with my friends, because they always have interesting stories to tell.

I reckon that the biggest advantage of the language course is that I get to learn a lot of useful
expressions, spend time with people who I have so much in common. My teachers are amazing in
their profession too.

Although I feel great, I had problems during my trip. I took the wrong train on my way to
Birmingham, so I had to wait another hour for another one. When I finally got here, it turned out my
room was already taken.

Beside that, I am thrilled to be here, but I am also excited to see you.
