1. Armature : The armature has the fuction of transforming electric energy into motion
energy in the form of rotary motion.
2. Bearings : A bearing fuction to support a drive shaft in order to reduce friction form a
loop.
3. Brushes : Brushes fuction to provide the current to armature.
4. Commutator : The commutator fuction to reverse the current tobthe armature.
5. Drive shaft : It fuction to enable a motor to transfer into other components.
6. Fields windings : The fuction of field windings is to set up a magnetic field in the
machine.
