What is Post construction treatment?

 Treatment of subterranean termites is done by treating the soil adjacent to or under the building
with a product which kills or repels termites. 
 This treatment consists of drilling holes and filling it with a recommended pesticide emulsion and
sealing the holes after treatment.

Facts:

 Subterranean termite colony may survive for many years and a single colony may develop
population containing millions of individuals, thus control is very important as the damage caused
by them is huge.
 Drilling will carried inside and outside the building in the ground floor and inner area in the floors.

Warranty – 3 years

Commercial

Rs. 5/- per Sqft

For 640,000 Sqft – Rs. 3,200,000 Plus GST

Payment Terms:

1) 50% Advance amount to be made

2) On submission of Invoice the balance to be paid.
