Dear Sir,

Our firm SDS Aggregates and Concrete Product Enterprises was one of the supplier of
filling materials/volcanic soil to Edison Development and Construction who undertake Flood
Control Project at the back of Robinsons-Bacolod.

In relation to the above, I would like to ask your benevolent help or suggestion
regarding Edison Construction for they did not pay the cost of our materials served to the said
project site last JUNE 2017 (see attached delivery receipt and Purchased Order for your perusal
amounting to Six Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Two hundred eighty three & seventy cents
(P682,283.70) despite our follow-ups.

Dear Sir,

As Edison Construction Development undertake Flood Control Project at the back of

Robinsons-Bacolod the said firm rented our 1 unit Backhoe to work in the said project, yet they
did not settle the said Rent Cost which was done last June 2017 (see attached proofs for your
perusal) amounting to Fifty One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P51, 750.00) despite
our consistent follow-ups,

In relation to this , We would like to ask your help regarding Edison Construction for
they not pay the cost of our equipment rented despite our consistent follow ups.
