Starting Date of Agreement : 1st January, 2021

1. Commitment

As a permanent team member, we request you to commit yourself at least 1 year to

Thate Pan Hub. If you have to resign in case of emergency, please inform us at least 1
month ahead and before resignation, please make sure to transfer the tasks to a new
member who will take your position.

2. Working Hour Duration

As a permanent team member, your working hour duration is expected to be around 20

hours per week. But we acknowledge that it is more important to perform and complete
the assigned tasks before the agreed deadline.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

Your roles and responsibilities are, but not limited to, as follows:
● Perform the tasks assigned by department officer
● Report weekly updates to the department officer
● Develop and suggest new initiatives
● Ensure that existing initiatives function properly
● Follow Standard Operating Procedures and HR Policy
● Collaborate with other Permanent Team Members for successful
accomplishment of certain tasks
● Learn and take up new knowledge and skills required to perform the assign tasks
● Acknowledge the vision, mission, and core values of Thate Pan Hub
● Work together with volunteers and create learning opportunities for them ●
Conduct an ethical and professional manner in the working environment ●
Ensure that no confidential information is leaked
