Prospective degree graduates of Adama science and Technology University,


management department students prepare this questionnaire. The main
objective of this questionnaire is to get information that can serve for the study
of the role of effective communication in resolving conflict in your office.
Therefore, your correct and genuine responses would play a great role for the
success of our study and the researchers will be responsible for the
