TASK 2: In developing countries, children in rural communities have less access

to education. Some people believe that the problem can be solved by providing
more schools and teachers, while others think that the problem can be solved
by providing computers and Internet access. Discuss both views and give your
own opinion.
The fact that children in rural areas lack education has become a considerable
concern and some people believe that offering computers and internet can tackle
this problem. Although this suggestion is reasonable to some degree, I side with
those who believe this issue can be solved by providing more schools and
teachers.
On the one hand, it is understandable why some people support providing
computers and Internet access. Firstly, Internet access offers young learners a
wide range of knowledge and also flexibility in accessing information and
resources. There are many easily accessible free resources such as websites, video
streaming (youtube). For example, learning through an application like Elsa can
support language development and knowledge acquisition for children. Secondly,
online learning gives children more flexibility and does not require them to follow
a fixed schedule like at school. Thanks to that children can learn at any time and
balance between studying and helping their parents.
On the other hand, there are also compelling reasons to study at school with
teachers. First and foremost, the more schools in rural communities, the more
opportunities for the children to go to school. As the result, students have the
opportunity to experience real-life at school and extracurricular activities. Second,
with the proper guidance from teachers, children easily ask questions in the
learning process. For instance, subjects that require calculation such as math or
physics if there are teachers who teach students, it is easier to understand. As the
result, learning will be easier, teachers will also have better and children will also
acquire a greater amount of knowledge.
In conclusion, information is a limited source of data, but I think it is also
beneficial to go to school and learning with teachers
