1. In this case, they showed a type of process innovation. They did create a portal for
the people of Singapore to be convenient and achieve greater efficiencies.
2. PepsiCo possess the type of process innovation wherein their efficient distribution
and logistics management operations were the key for their massive growth over
the decades.
3. American International Group, Inc. uses the type of Product/Service innovation
wherein they introduce a series of comprehensive liability coverage for companies
conducting business on the internet.
4. In this case, Canon took the Disruptive type of Innovation. They undertook
reengineering and restructuring of its business processes to turn itself into a truly
global corporation.
5. Skype uses the new market disruptive innovations to take over telecommunication
services and more conveniently and for a fraction of the price of traditional
telecommunication services

- What do all five cases have in common

Those five cases have in common are being innovative and growing. They used different
types of innovating their company to excel in the advanced world at that time.
