Good day!

I am writing this letter to request for a grade in the On-the-Job Training. I submitted the
narrative report last May 15, 2021 as part of the requirement for the completion of the On-the-
Job Training under New Normal. Likewise, on the 7th day of December last year our team has
submitted the Research Paper as a partial requirement for the Internship/Accounting Thesis
subject and you have given me a rating of 98%.

Therefore, I would like to request you to show me some leniency and provide a rating according
to the performance I have made in the On-the-Job Training under New Normal. A rating from
this OJT will help me raise my overall grade.

I hope you will consider my request and award me the marks after completed the assigned task
and submitted the Narrative Report.
