PREAMBLE

We, the Members of the Peer Counselors' Club of Saint Rose of Lima School, Inc., imploring the aid of
the Divine Providence, in order to establish an organization believing in the realization of peace, unity,
and better understanding among ourselves with the students, the faculty, and the Administration, as
well as in the development of social, moral, and intellectual advancement of the same through
dedicated and concerted effort do hereby bound ourselves to be governed by the constitution.

ARTICLE I: NAME OF ORGANIZATION

Section 1 - The name of the organization shall be Peer Counselors' Club (PCC)

ARTICLE II: OBJECTIVES

Section 1- The PCC shall hold programs, activities, or project which

a) Promotes the authentic development of education, emotional, social, psychological and spiritual
aspect of each individual as member of the organization.

b) Establish camaraderie among its members

ARTICLE III: MEMBERSHIP

Section 1 - Regular membership in the council shall be conferred to the Strolsian Learners and Students
from Elementary to Senior High School.

Section 11 - All Elementary pupils and Senior High School students who are registered, attends training
and pay the required membership fee.

ARTICLE IV: OFFICERS

Section 1- The officers of this organization shall be the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer,
Auditor, Business Manager, PRO, and Sgt. At Arms.

Section 11 - The President of the organization must meet the following qualifications;

a) He/she must be a Senior High school student.

b) He/she must have a good moral character.

c) He/she must have no failure, and on/ or incomplete grade in any subject during the two semesters
prior to the election.

Section III - The PCC officers shall be elected to office to a term of one school year.

ARTICLE V: EXECUTIVE BODY

Section - There shall be an Executive Body consisting of all poc officers,

Section II - The Executive Body shall report all its transactions to the General Assembly

ARTICLE VI: GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Section - The General Assembly shall be the highest policy making body of the dub and shall improve all
plans of the club.

Section II - The General Assembly may suspend or expel any PCC officer or member upon concurrent
vote of the majority of its components.

ARTICLE VII: FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES OF THE PCC OFFICERS

Section - The President of the PCC has the following duties to perform

a) The President of the PCC shall be the representatives in all of its functions.

b) Presides the meeting of the Executive Body of the PCC.

c) Performs other functions and duties of his/her office as maybe designed by the Executive Body

Section II -For Communication


a) Keeps the full and correct minutes of the club Proceedings,

b) Preserves all records and communications thereof, and conduct all official correspondence of PCC and
the Executive Body,

Section III -For Finance

a) Collects and receives all dues as well as payments accruable to the club.

b) Takes charge of all approved properties and approved accounts of the club.

c) Renders report to the financial status of the organization at least twice a semester.

Section IV-For Marketing

a) Shall take charge of all business transactions of the organization,

b) He/she shall arrange and plan the proper and successful conduct of all activities initiated by the
organization,

Section V-For Ethics

a) Shall promote proper conduct within the organization at all times.

Section VI - For Human Resources

a) Shall disseminate information to all its members, the nature of the activities of the

organization as conserved by the Executive Body,

ARTICLE VIII - MEETING AND ACTIVITIES OF THE PCC

Section 1 - Regular meeting of the PCC Executive Body shall be held at a time and place agreed upon as
convenient by all its members.

Section 11 - Special meeting shall be held upon the call of the President or upon the endorsement of at
least five (5) members of the Executive Body.
