October 6, 2021 RE: Letter of Recommendation for Madison Macola To Whom It May Concern, Thad the pleasure of meeting Madison Macola when she applied and was hired for the Program Aide position at The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club (2019-2020). While working at B&GC her responsibilities was to implement lesson plans such as: teacher made materials and hands on ities for inside and outside learning activities. She worked great with the kids. When the ys & Girls club closed its doors in 2020, she still stayed on to volunteer at our Administration/Family Social Services Corps Office when needed and when she found other employment, she still found the time to put in volunteer time. Madison was and is a hard worker and has been a valued employee/volunteer with our Yuma Corps Office. During our Christmas Season she has become a great asset to our program. Madison volunteers with setting up and taking down our Christmas Distribution, and driving the Box Truck to pick up Angel gifts from the Fire Stations. She also volunteers greeting customers at our front desk. I would describe Madison as smart, dedicated, enthusiastic, multitasker individual, efficiency in many projects that come her way, whether it’s her studies, working with children, volunteering or being called to Military Reserve active duty, ‘Madison is a joy to work with because of her positive attitude and ability to never give up on a child, Her empathy also necessary and valued not just by my-self, but also by B&GC staff, supervisors and student's parents. I'm confident that Madison would be a great fit for your school. She will bring the kind of skills and experience you're looking for in an applicant, but she will also quickly become an asset and help both your institution and your students grown in any way she can, Sincerely, Patsy Hernandez 903 E. 26" Street, Yuma, AZ 85365 (928) 246-4091
