Instructions
1. You will have a clipboard with a data collection sheet (see attachment) and [Incentive].
2. Ask passerby “Do you have a quick minute for a question about the [Institution/Department Name]?” or
“Want a free [Incentive]?” 
3. Ask participant “What’s your Harvard affiliation?” and then “Are you familiar with [Service Name]?” If no,
provide a brief explanation. If yes, show them the prototype and ask “Under which of these [Prototype
Components, such as website navigation headings] would you expect to find [Service Name]?” (Gesture to
[Service Name])
Record the data on the data collection sheet in the appropriate section, thank the participant, and give them
[Incentive].
