You know there are many kinds of advertisements, from
traditional to the more advanced digital ones that use often spot when you browse websites or social media. Personally, I’m big on social media advertising because I can watch them at my own pace, whereas adverts on television, for example, are only screened for a few seconds so I might miss out on some important information. Another merit of social media adverts is their very creative and interesting content, drawing a lot of attention from netizens. I love reading their comments about the advertisement to reaffirm my belief about the product or service quality.

Advertising is literally ubiquitous at the present time.
You would most likely encounter an advert, whether it be in traditional or digital form, wherever you go or on whatever digital platform you use. I mean, it’s now harder to avoid advertisements than to see them. When you are commuting you would easily catch sight of a random poster hung on a tree or a banner attached to a post on the street. When you scroll your Facebook wall I’m sure you would notice an advert every few seconds. ubiquitous (adj) có ở khắp nơi encounter (v) gặp, chạm trán catch sight of: gặp, nhìn thấy 3. Have you ever bought something because of its advertisement?
I would say yes. Many times in fact. I’m easily drawn to
sensational headlines and shiny eye- catching items artistically portrayed by the hands of marketers and designers as I watch advertisements. One time I made the impulsive decision to purchase an extremely pricey wireless speaker only because my favorite celebrity endorsed it and touted its incomparable functions after watching an advert in which he featured, only to regret later.

Only if I find the adverts fascinating and if they
promote products that I care about. Most of the time those adverts that I saw on social media are just scams, featuring useless items or services or even exaggerating the efficacy of them. I skipped those ads as soon as they popped up. Recently there are a slew of advertisements about medicines on YOUTUBE that purport to cure all. To me they are nothing but snake oil that tricks people into wasting their money.
