PART 2
NARRATIVE REPORT
On September 16, 2021, Santiago Integrated School and its stakeholders
took part in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill conducted around
8am. It aims promote earthquake preparedness and disaster resiliency with the
integration of minimum public health standards during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It was headed by Dr. Emylda D. Kumar, Head Teacher III. All of the teaching and
non-teaching personnel of the school participated actively in the NSED. Though it
was done virtually, students had shown their participation through sending
photos of them doing the “duck, cover, and hold” position during the said activity.
Specifically, the Junior High School teachers and internet-equipped students
joined the Facebook Live event of DEPED Philippines regarding the NSED.
