There will be two main market segments that will be targeted by the company.

The market segment


will be the online shoppers of Shopee and Lazada. Each group will be given convincing reasons why
to choose the company to transport their orders. The company recognizes that there will be two
different groups and they will be targets and dealt with differently. Between the months of May and
July, Lazada’s local Philippine website has attracted 26.5 million per month and in the same time
period the Shopee’s local Philippines website has attracted 16 million per month. Just looking at
those numbers it can be concluded that there will be more shoppers that will be attracted to use
those online shopping platforms.

The target market of the company would be the online shoppers and resellers. The company will
grab the chance to ride the current of the trend in terms of online shopping. According to thereport
of Katrina and Benedict (2019), there are 71.4 million internet users who are online shoppers from
the Philippines.
