Meeting Minutes

September 2, 2021

I. DISCUSSION

- Limited F2F will start next week.

- Each CI group will be divided into 2 groups. (First batch: Sep. 6-11; Second batch: Sep
13-17)
- You will be wearing white for the picture and candle lighting.
- Face piercing is prohibited
- Any formal hairstyle for the bust photo and the virtual capping
- Submit the bust photo to Ma’am Vidal. Include the name.
- Consent of undertaking: Prepare ID numbers of parents. (To those who lives in
Dumaguete, please submit the 6 copies tomorrow.)
- Have heap B screening first, if there are antibodies, you can opt to not have heap b
vaccine.
- Schedule for the further face-to-face schedule will be announced.
- Students will have the consent form notarized.
- Bring vaccination card always.
- On October, we will have our clinical rotation lr/dr.
- Sample photo for the candle lighting: Aaron will provide the background. Students will
take the picture on their own.
- If not done with the vaccine yet and/or won’t be able to travel on time, please inform
your CI to arrange your schedule.
- Prepare a money for the token of the speaker. Amount will be announced later on.
