THE THREE FILIPINO VALUES THAT I HAVE ARE;

1. PAKIKISAMA/PAKIKIPAGKAPWA-TAO (LOYALTY) – it means getting along with others, I can apply kind
of values in workplace when trying to get along with others and will look for the best way to coexist
with others in the same business space while making sure that everyone needs are taken care of. Also,
someone with this kind of values have a good relationship with everyone in the workplace and the
costumers.

2. FAMILY ORIENTATION – It is one of the values that I have. It is a strong commitment to our families. I
can apply this value to the workplace by demonstrating learning about the aspirations to my teammates
and supporting those aspirations builds that family value to strengthens the future of our workforce.
Also, when I value good coping skills, I build the resilience on my team to help get through tough times
like a family would.

3. BAYANIHAN – It is a common value that every Filipino has. I can apply this value in the workplace by
helping my co-worker in their work that may be difficult for them to handle. Also, it is an act of kindness
towards other people without expecting something in return. Everyone can contribute and help one
another to attain a common goal
