About GUJCOST
Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST)
established in 1986 under Education Department,
Gujarat State. Gujarat Council on Science & Technology
is functioning as an autonomous society from Date 1-2-
2000 under Department of Science and Technology
(DST).
GUJCOST assist the organizing training courses,
workshops, seminars, conferences, discussion,
dissertations, consultancy services and exhibitions.
The S & T Council was constituted with a view to develop
technologies appropriate to and in harmony with
present conditions. The Council has been catalyzing
interaction between developers and users of
technologies, by bringing on a common platform to
training Scientists and Engineers on the one hand and
policy makers as well as administrators on the other.
Objectives of Symposium
As the youth of a country plays a vital role in the
development, we aim to encourage them and to help them
finding a proper direction of their career that can be helpful
for their development and of the nation also. This seminar
aims to interact the students of various states and
universities of the nation and share their thoughts and ideas
with each other. We try to provide a platform to young
researcher to demonstration their views and ideas towards
the science and technology. Also this seminar will be an
integrated platform for understanding the theory and
applications of basic sciences and to aware the students and
researchers regarding the latest technologies and work
done in the modern era.
