Re: Pennsylvania “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART CXXVI] – Garland Favorito, f/u
{}

The summary of last night’s “Audit the Vote PA” event has been “bumped” so that this e-mail can
be disseminated because it has time-value [with personal e-mail links having been expunged]:

Garland Favorito, Esq. [Constitution Party of Georgia, Elections Director, and

Voters Organized for Trusted Election Results in Georgia, Co-Founder] is available
[404-664-4044 or elections@gaconstitutionparty.org], as is the Constitution
Party of Georgia · PO Box 2153, Woodstock, GA 30188. They sent this invite:

Judge Amero shockingly dismissed our Fulton County ballot inspection case
without prejudice (allowing for re-filing). Thus, recall a pivotal point in America’s
War of Independence and how we must continue to fight for our republic.

242 years ago, Captain John Paul Jones’ ship had run its bow into a British enemy
warship. The force of the impact caused the flag on Jones’ ship to fall. When the
British captain noticed the flag down (a universal sign of surrender) he called out
to Jones to confirm surrender. He replied, “I have not yet begun to fight!” Jones
and his crew continued fighting the enemy and, several hours later, boarded and
captured the enemy vessel. The British flag was nailed to his ship, signifying they
would never surrender, but the defeated captain ripped the flag from his ship.

With your support, VoterGA’s legal efforts have had a nationwide impact on the
forces resisting election integrity/transparency and exposing malfeasance. The
media and our opponents {including some Republicans – ed.} are demanding we
confirm surrender. Emulating the heroic patriotism of Jones and his crew in
September 1779, my response is: “We have not yet begun to fight!”

Also, VoterGA and Rep. Philip Singleton sued the State of Georgia to stop using
the illegal ballot marking device (BMD) voting systems from Dominion; therefore,
it is necessary to encourage representatives and senators to call for a special
session to replace them. Please sign-up to show support for this effort.

During the next Election Integrity Update [10/16 @ 9:00 a.m.], we’ll update details
of our fight; to RSVP, text EIU10162021 to (404) 994-3586 or register. Also, Julie
Adams (770) 634-7401) will discuss poll-watching efforts in Fulton County’s
municipal elections by the Constitution Party of Georgia. Alternatively, you can
attend the Evening with Garland event on 10/20.

I’ll be on-line to support an immediate appeal and to inquire if a new federal filing is warranted.
