We, the inhabitants of the community of the Rojas Garrido neighborhood, would like to
cordially request that you, as the person in charge of the municipality's aqueduct service,
and out of the respect that we all deserve, provide and supply us with water in optimal
conditions for the consumption of all the inhabitants, It is outrageous that in the 21st
century we have to pay for a service that is generating health problems, since the water is
reaching our homes very dirty and sometimes with a white cream that endangers the health
of the entire community.
That is why as a neighborhood we are speaking out to take the appropriate measures and
provide us with a good service, since it is a fundamental right and they are delivering it to
us in terrible conditions.
It is time to train and provide your operators with the relevant tools so that this type of
circumstances does not continue to occur.
It is important to clarify that if after this communiqué, the community continues to provide
a bad service, we are willing to take the appropriate actions so that this type of misconduct
does not continue, thus risking the health of the entire municipality, since we have
sufficient evidence and the willingness of the entire community to provide us with the vital
liquid in the best way.
