SUBJECT : DPWH V “STAR RATING AWARDS” Policies/Guidelines

In compliance with your Memorandum dated September 30, 2020 and October 9, 2020
respectively, regarding the giving of the “Star Rating Awards” to qualified Implementing Offices
and individuals or group of individuals, in recognition of their invaluable contribution to the
attainment of the goals and objectives of the Department, the ROWALD, hereby supports the
above-mentioned subject to encourage efficiency and productivity in the office.

Relative thereto, the ROWALD, hereby based the giving of the star rating upon compliance by
the Implementing Offices of the requested documents.

In view thereof, we are inclined to give “Two-Star Rating” to Albay 1st DEO, Albay 2nd DEO,
Albay 3rd DEO, Camarines Sur 1st DEO, Camarines Sur 2nd DEO, Camarines Sur 3rd DEO,
Camarines Sur 4th DEO, Camarines Norte DEO, Sorsogon 1 st DEO, Sorsogon 2nd DEO,
Catanduanes DEO, Masbate 1st DEO, and Masbate 2nd DEO.

Attached herewith for your perusal is the basis for the star rating.

For your appropriate action.
