Respected Sir,
With all due respect, I am writing this letter to explain why I have been not
presenting the attendance as it is in office attendance register. I know you are
disappointed with the recent copies of attendance register but I have been
very tired and stressed out. By informing frequently to all our office staff in a
formal way and also due to no response we also passed a circular to all the
department executives but there is no response from their side.
So, every day before coming to work, I have to go to the site and check up on
his/her on a daily basis. During my work hours, I use my phone to call
department in charges and working staff present or not. Based on this data we
are filling a monthly attendance.
I am again sorry that I disappointed you but I assure you that you will not hear
such complain again. I will put all norms on work and try to change the old
traditions in our company regarding the attendance. I hope you accept my
apology. Thank you.
