MY HOUSE, BY NOELIA BUESA

My flat is well situated in a nice town called Valdemoro. Valdemoro is an ideal place
for families with children, because it has a lot of schools and different activities for
them.

Actually the flat is a penthouse; it has is 100 square meters with a very big balcony.
The flat has three bedrooms, one of them (with its own bathroom) is
ensuite. Also it also has two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a cosy sitting room. One
of the best places in the house is the balcony. It has is 85 square meters,It has a
table, some chairs and a barbecue, so you can eat outside. There is a view for the
communal swimming-pool and the playground. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly

The flat is a 3 mint minute walk from the hospital and 5 mint minute walk from the
school, different playgrounds and parks and the supermarket. It is a 20 mint drive from
the center of Madrid. The bus stop is near the flat and there you could take the bus
from de hospital to the train station.
my flat is well located in a neighbourhood called laguna es quiet and friendly, for me it is one
of the best because everything is less than ten minutes away, The flat is a 3 minute walk
from the hospital and 5 minute walk from the school, different playgrounds and parks
and the supermarket and the beach, clothes shops, etc.

I live with my mum and my dog called linda, my flat is very big because it is two flats converted
into one, it has 4 bedrooms and two of them have a private bathroom, a kitchen, two terraces,
a living room and a dining room

my favourite room is my bedroom where I can disconnect from everything, watch tv, listen to
music and have a nap on a small sofa in front of the tv without anyone bothering me.
