As how it is called, metal painting is the practice of painting the metal’s surfaces. It is

similar in painting walls and woods, but before painting a metal requires you to prepare them

properly before applying the paint. An example for the preparation needed to successfully paint a

metal, is choosing a well-ventilated area, and removing of rust, if there is any, before applying

the paint. Applying a zinc-chromate primer before adding a regular primer is a must if the metal

is rusted, but if there is no rust a regular primer will be enough.
