In support of the Division Change Plan: “Transform Naga" and to strengthen and enhance the capabilities of learners and teachers a Division MAPEH-TIRIBAYAN will be conducted to give pupils/students the opportunity to showcase their talents in the field of Arts, and to ensure and sustain the propagation of the rich culture of our city through promotion of the Culture Appreciation Program. 2. This year's MAPEH-Tiribayan aims to provide opportunities for leamers from public and private secondary schools including the learners from Alternative Learning System (ALS) to showcase their talents and skills through exhibitions of their performances and choose the best contender who will represent DepEd Naga in the 9” Bicol Patiribayan Festival. 3. Participants to this activity are all Elementary and Secondary Schools both Public and Private school in the Division including ALS learners. 4. All entries per event must be submitted on or before November 6, 2019 using the attached form. The specific guidelines for each skills exhibition are contained in the attached enclosures. 5.
