LIAISON OFFICER VIRTUAL GUIDELINES

THE THIRD ANDALAS INTERNATIONAL NURSING CONFERENCE

1. DEFINISI

A liaison officer is an employee who builds and maintains mutually


beneficial relationships, facilitates communications and coordinates
activities among two or more people, agencies or organizations.

2. QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A LIAISON OFFICER

 Have good knowledge regarding conference


 Verbal and writen Communications
 Self Motivated
 Organized
 Friendly
 Good Attitude
 Mediator
 Tim building and Collaboration
 Negosiation SKills

3. JOB DESCRIPTION

a) Communicate with participants virtually via the chat or private chat, by


introducing yourself beforehand and making sure they have information
about you
b) Assist participants who ask or need information related to the conference
c) Helping participants who have difficulty during the conference
d) Ensure participants feel comfortable during the conference and greet
participants who seem bored or not enjoying the conference
e) Remind participants to turn on the video during the conference
4. CODE OF CONDUCT
a) Make sure you are present at 6.30 AM at the Convention Hall, and
took part in the virtual zoom starting from preparation at 7.00 AM until
the conference ended at 5.00 PM.
b) The liaison Officer uses a formal dress code during the event, such as:
Blazer (Almamater UNAND) .
c) Make sure the conference equipment is in a ready-to-use condition,
such as: laptop, headset, internet/wifi/theathering cellphone network.
d) Check audio-visual equipment before the session begins to be certain
that the equipment is functioning and that you understand its operation.
