Aneurysmal bone cyst is a benign locally aggressive lytic lesion usually

involving metaphyseal regions of long tubular bones. It rarely involves Talus
bone . It can be primary or secondary in origin .

We are reporting here a case of a 18 year old male patient with complaints of
pain and swelling around right ankle since six months which turned out to be
aneurysmal bone cyst on CT imaging , via posterolateral approach to ankle ,
curettage done and filled the dead space with synthetic bone substitute and
histopathology confirmation was done later.
