Research Instrument

The survey questionnaire has been used in different fields such as marketing,
psychology, researches and political views. The survey questionnaire is a research
instrument that is used in data gathering to utilized in collecting, analyzing, and
interpreting the different views of a group of people in a particular population. The
survey questionnaire is a technique in gathering statistical information about the
attributes, attitudes, or actions of a population by a standard questionnaire and the
result will be used in the developmental of an individual or a community. In using
questionnaire, it can cover large group of people and make possible to contact with
many people who could not otherwise be reached.

The researcher will be using a standardized survey questionnaire where different


statements are being used in gathering the data to be able to determine if the
respondents agree, disagree and be neutral within the statement, this instrument can
acquire usable opinions and will answer questions at the same time and will be easier to
analyze.

The questionnaire that are provided by the researchers contains two-parts, in the
first part of the questionnaire contains 10 questions that are answerable by:
STRONGLY DISAGREE, DISAGREE, STRONGLY AGREE, and AGREE that can help
well represent the information that the researchers are aiming to obtain. The last part of
the questionnaire will be the RECOMMENDATIONS section where we the researchers
encourage our respondents to provide their view of points in improving the system.
