I received your email last week. It’s quite a complicated topic so I can’t answer immediately.
But to tell you about Ha Noi city in the future would be interesting. After a week, I have finally
sum up all the predictions in both viewpoints.

Let’s start by considering the optimistic viewpoint. In 2060, Ha Noi will become a worth-living
city than ever before for lots of reasons. There will be more public transport and less private
vehicles. I would even go so far as to say that Ha Noi would be one of the most advanced city in
the South East Asia. With the development of recycling and renewable energy, there is no doubt
that Ha Noi will be greener and environmentally friendlier.

On the other hand, we can’t deny the fact that there could be more criminal rate in high-tech,
which is really dangerous. People's life will also continue to be threatened because of the
increase of infectious diseases; the spread of covid-19 is one of them.
