How can the customers/audience be reached to ensure their satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is very important for success of any startup.

In order to retain them you need to keep them satisfied.

1)Ensuring a proper customer support team is set up to solve all the problems a customer faces.

2)Sending feedback forms via e-mail .

3)Being active on social media, creating polls , responding to messages.

And most importantly all the negative feedbacks should be taken as a lesson , should be resolved on
immediate basis.
