1. slab (n) – a thick, flat piece of a hard material (such as stone or wood)

2. stare (v) – to look at someone or something for a long time often with your eyes wide open

3. absurd (adj.) –  stupid and unreasonable, or silly in a humorous way

4. torture (n) –  something that causes mental or physical suffering: a very painful or

10. munch (v) –to chew or eat (something) especially in a noisy way
