MINUTES OF THE MEETING

 TOPIC FOR MEETING:


The meeting started with a discussion for the topics of seminar in which
everyone gave his/her opinion and an “IMPACT OF BUISNESS
COMMUNICATION” was selected as final topic for seminar

 VENUE:
The “CIS lecture hall” was selected for seminar. Timings are 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

 MOTIVE OF SEMINAR:
The seminar is being arrange by considering the importance of business
communication and has a great influence on our daily life.

 ASSIGNING OF DUTIES:
The management team was divided into 2 groups.one group will handle the
audience in the lecture hall and the second will look into the matters outside the
hall to guide the attendees

 ANNOUNCEMENT OF SEMINAR:
Every CR was asked to tell about the seminar in their respective classes.

 NEXT MEETING:
Everyone was informed that the next meeting will be after 2 days on the same
time and place.
