ACTIVITY 2 LET US INTERPRET!!

1. It means that if you feel a little pain in your body, it affects the whole body. Example,
if you have headache, you will having a bad condition.
2. The sellers always say positive words to their costumers so that they will be attracted
to the shoppers.
3. I like the most is “KUNG ANI ANG TINANIM,SIYA AY AANHIN”, because if you
work hard and study hard you will succeed and be successful.
4. Whatever we do, wherever we go, it only depends on God`s plan.
5. I choose proverb 3, if you work hard God will provide what you want.
6. Proverbs are crystal of language and culture, loaded with accumulated wisdom and
strong national characteristics. Proverbs have a deep meaning.

ACTIVITY 3 LET US ANALYZE

1. It is described as a lady eating herself because the longer the time that it gives light,
the candle itself seems to be shorten and shorten.
2. It is described as monkey`s who went crazy because as you pull the rope of the bell,
the clapper will touch its body and begins to vibrate and produces sound.
 3. The mouth is described as a deep well full of chisels because it has a teeth that grinds
the food you eat.

ACTIVITY 4 ASSESSMENT
1. Yes, they called ethnic Filipino. It has largest Filipino ethnic includes the Tagalog,
Cebuano,etc. and each islands has its own practices.
2. Yes, because it`s main objective is to give lessons.
3. Proverbs are figurative because we know it has only short saying but it gives advices.
4. Yes, because riddles are fun to read and it gives us a puzzle in our mind that we must
answer.
5. No, because riddle is having double statement like a puzzle to be solved.
6. By still applying them to the nexxt generation about proverbs and riddles

III. What have you learned.

I learned that it helps develop our critical thinking skills and gain a better
understanding of the societies happening. I learned also that it is a challenge for us to get or
understand its meaning.
