Motivation as a tool.

There are many reasons why somebody would learn a new language.
Motivation is a thing that can increase students’ determination and interest in language learning.
Working as brasilian teachers, but bearing in mind that our task is teaching a foreign
language, we see some important goals of motivation like improving critical and creative
thinking skills, for example.
Steven coffin's experience showed how important motivation is when learning a
language, even in different contexts and countries.
In most cases, in the experiences of teachers what appears as the best form of
motivation is to bring meaning and make it interesting to learn the language. i think that this is
the very importante part of motivation.
i agree with what steve says when we correct or try to make a student speak correctly,
pronouncing effectively, we are cutting and until generating a block that brings great
demotivation.
We need to be effectively and constantly motivated to motivate.
