PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM PLAN
I am challenging myself to follow everthing ritten on my
program plan in order to achieve these following goals.
LONG TERM GOAL
Slim, fit and healthy body for the next six months.
SHORT TERM GOAL
Jog for at least 30 minutes
Drink a lot of water a day
Avoid eating unhealthy foods
Sleep 7-8 hour every night
Low weigh
Regular exercise
This program plan of mine will bwgan on February 2021 and it
includes the following schedules for my long term and short
term goals. Every goal will achieve a reward once I
successfully completed every task on my target goals. These
are my list of rewards.
Short Term Goals Target Date Rewards
