- The field of accountancy benefits the use of functions. As a matter of

fact, everything in business is driven by numbers and functions given
these numbers meaning and significance. In the field of accountancy
there are figures that could represent a rise in income, a decline in sales,
an increase in expenses, an increase in inventory purchases, an increase
in profit, and so on. With the help of a function, these numbers can be
interpreted and redefined in the field of accountancy.
