even cant believe this happened to you. I can imagine how annoying your new neighbour is.
At first, It is considerate of him to cause nuisance to the neighbours. If I were you, I would buy
a soundproof wall. It is because soundproof wall can actually help u effectively to block off to
your neighbour noisyAlthough he wont stop his yelling and screaming, you can sleep with a quite
and comfortable surrounding. So that you can have a good sleep for the school. Secondly, you can
make a complaint to the management. Guess What! The management will worn him to stop
yelling at night!
OMG! I can smell it though your letter! It is so filthy! You should tell him the garbage bin must
be covered at every time. Otherwise, there will be a lot of rat , cockroach and also attract insects.
These may cause diseases and bad smell. Also you can put up a sign to tell them cover the garbage
bin.
