Communication is one thing our family value so much as this is our way of understanding each

other’s differences and make peace with it. This makes our bonding stronger and harmonious.
We communicate almost every day about how things are for us and how we can improve things
in our home if something is not right for us. My parents discipline us by using communication to
educate us better. They will make time to talk to us if ever we did something wrong and go for
long hours communicating about it until things are completely resolved. Without communication
our relationship would be chaotic and stressful because we can’t understand each other and we
can’t settle our differences. We have different emotions and how are we supposed to express
them if there is no communication. In our lifetime, different things happen unexpectedly and
only through communication we can be able to fully experience them. Communication in our
family doesn’t only stop in talking or using words but also in physical touch to show affection or
sign languages to show direction or point out things. In our family’s case, we highly encourage
actions over words to really make sure that thing or goal is realized.
