What nursing roles are necessary to address the "felt need" of the present times?
At present time, the fresh batch of graduate nurses would be less experienced than expected due
to the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic. I believe leadership from nurses who are
experienced should be patient and share their mastery on the medical field. Being
accommodating for them would provide the lacking skills and teach them to be more
appreciative of the profession. Establishing rapport with colleagues also results to better
teamwork around the working area. By harboring good attitude and teaching new nurses, the
work environment would be optimal for both ends, as both continue to improve for the better.
