Volleyball Men Faculty’s Division

A total heart-breaking loss after the game between our faculty men and the faculty men of
Good Shepherd Cathedral School, the game was decided by a 5 th set where the GSCS took the win away
from our squad.

The game was a hard-fought game where the OLLCS led the game 2-1 set after the third set, the
first set was won by the GSCS but our team managed to take the 2 nd and 3rd set to take the lead and the
chance to win in the 4th or 5th set. Unfortunately, the GSCS’s squad managed to come back and win from
a 2-1 set deficit.

Even though the team didn’t get the win, our Assistant Principal is still happy and said, “Proud
na proud ako sa mga players natin, hindi naman importante na manalo tayo sa lahat, ang importante ay
‘yung nag-enjoy tayo at tignan mo, ang dami pang chances na manalo tayo sa championships, ang dami
nating team ang pumasok sa championships ah.”

Truly an inspiring message from our ever-supporting Assistant Principal who is very proud with
his teammates and students who strive to get to this point in the sports tournament held every year.

Let us see what the team will show in the next tournament and let us show our support to them
as they fight for our school’s name.
