of the same. If no communication is received within 15 days of receipt of Purchase Order, it will be treated that

01.Commissioning of equipment at NTPC Simhadri site will be free of cost.
02.Vendor shall submit guarantee, Warranty & Material test certificate along with
supply.
03.Vendor should submit the quality plan for approval before manufacturing the
pump.

FQA comments for all items:-

Pre Despatch Inspection to be envisaged as per approved Q.P.(As per comments
of indenting dept.in PR the bidder/vendor/supplier has to submit Manufacturing
Quality Plan / QAP for NTPC’s APPROVAL). Acceptance shall be based on
inspection results and review of TC’s from the manufacturer as per standards &
codes/P.O.and Technical Specifications.

For Commissioning,service engineer shall be availalbe at site for 02 days.Site shall

provide all necessary power connection,clean water,and other items necessary for
the commissioning of the Pump.However,if the pump is not commissioned due to
non availability of inputs from NTPC, Service Engr shall be further deputed on
chargeable basis.
Commissioning is to be done within 60 days from the date of despatch or within 30
days from the date of receipt of materials at site whichever is earlier.
Warranty:1000 working hours OR 12 months from the date of despatch whichever
is earlier,provided that all O&M instructions are served and general operations are
carried out by trained & specialized person.
TRAINING:Training of max.02 operators/technicians will be provided by us free of
charge at their plant.All expenses relating to NTPC people to be borne by NTPC.In

case training is required at the site where their pumps are working,they shall depute
operator/technician during commissioning period only.
The various recommended Spares mentioned under"LIST OF RECOMMENDED
SPARES FOR PUMP MODEL-UT-13045" VIDE MAIL,DT:07/03/2011 shall be
supplied free of csot along with the main equipment.The details of such Items are
enclosed along with PO with Sl Nos:A to E.

VERSION-I ISSUED DUE TO TAX REVISIONS BY CENTRAL GOVT. & ED

AMENDED FROM 10.30% TO 12.36%.

The Vendor Invoice status application provides real time information regarding the invoice status. The invoice tracking
functionality can be accessed by the vendor through the Team up portal/Mobile application.The vendors are encouraged to use
the Vendor Invoice status functionality.
