Introduction

The aim of this proposal is to outline the most beneficial ways in which the budget set aside could be
spend. People all have different views, but instead of just choosing one, I have been trying to
implement as many requests as I could.

Current opinions about the work experience

Many employees feel that the management team does not give enough attention/lLAY EMPHASIS on
the woringk conditions and the possibilities people have to improve their work experience. A couple
of years ago a diner was built, and also a small gym that can be used by anyone, although there is
only a small variety of food, and not too much equipment that can be used at the gym. People
usually try these out once, but the more they get disappointed, the less time they will spend in these
places.

Recommendations

 I would like to recommend the improvement of the menu at the diner, and to bring some
life to the place with some decorations. This would mean, that workers would spend a lot
more time hanging around here, and they could discuss their opinions and problems in a
more comfortable environment than next to their desks.
 One key aspect should be the renovation of the gym, and to ensure, that people also use
these, a small amount of the money could be spent on a personal trainer, who helps
everyone out with their workouts.
 It would also be a good idea to create small corners, and lounges where employees could
just sit down for a minute or two, and relax next to a cup of coffee or tea, when they feel
burnt out in the middle of the day.

Conclusion

The recommendations above would be simple to implement, and would not only improve the life of
everyone at the company, but would also attract new, hardworking employees.
