Topic: Case GD on Customised luxury product company facing operational problems with
employee turover, theft of items and required reduction of costs 

Summary:
1. Use of RFID tags in order to track the items. 
2. Demand planning & forecasting for the demand can be done. 
3. Better HR policies, Reward & Recognition for employees
5. Proper training to employees. Upskilling and cross skilling to deal with busy period
6. Security cameras, check on entry and exit pf people. 
7. Regular audits to keep a tab on the inventory.
8. Subcontracting during the peak season.
9. Diversify into some other products during the non-peak season.

Feedback:
1) The GD turned out to be chaotic.
2) Employee retention points could have been discussed more.
3) A little more elaboration on the points was required.
