the packaging can be outsourced to a third party packaging firm.
3. Promote fresh hiring for human labor shortages and also take care of the unemployment
issue
4. Reverse migration needs to be taken care to ensure no further migration from company’s
facility space into hometowns. Also the employees who have gone home
5. Some extra incentives must be provided to the employees such as increased pay, insurance
benefits. 
6. Due to increase in demand, contract manufacturing can be thought of as an option.
