OF MARIKINA CITY POLICE STATION, TODAY JANUARY 23, 2020, AT 8:00 PM
THROUGH QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

QUESTION AND ANSWER

01. QUESTION - Do you know how to understand and write in tagalog that will be use
during this time of investigation?
ANSWER - Yes.

02. QUESTION - After informing to you some of your rights based in the New
Constitution that was effective up to the present, are you still willing to
give a statement?
ANSWER - Yes

03. QUESTION - Can you state your full name, age, and other information that can
determine your identity?
ANSWER - My name is Armando Munyayo y Revilla, 44 years old, native of Bicol,
and currently residing at #61 Opal St., Brgy. Concepcion Uno,
Marikina City.

04. Q - What is the reason why are you here in our office and providing us a
statement?
A - I am here to confess about attempting to kill my friend, Pedro.

05. Q - Can you tell me why did you attempt to kill your friend?
A - Pedro was really my close friend and we are like a real brothers. But it
all started when I and Jennifer started to live together. I really admit
that my live in partner was very beautiful but since Pedro is my friend,
I trusted him when it comes to Jennifer. There was a time that I
worked in construction site in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan as stay in
and stay there for almost six months. When i came home, I plan to
surprise my live in partner but it turned out that I was the one who will
be surprised after seing Pedro eating breakfast in our house. I was
confused because Pedro was only wearing a sleeveless shirt and
boxer short. But because I trusted them, I did not take it as a big deal.

06. Q - Can you tell me how you prove the relationship between Pedro and
Jennifer?
A - It was in the evening of January 7, 2020, I’m having drinking session
with my friend, Ronaldo. When he was drunk he suddenly talked
about my live in partner and Pedro. I was shocked when I heard that
they are having an affair and felt confused since I know Rolando a lot
that he never fail to give correct information. After that night, I still
don’t want to believe about those things but then Aleng Suring
approached me and ask me if I know that Pedro was staying in my
house every night when I’m not around. During that time I tried my
best to keep calm but since I cannot handle my anger anymore, I go
 to our house and expelled Jennifer.
07. Q - Where did you get the firearm that you used in attempting to kill the
victim?
A - I search for my old firearm in my closet since I’m a member of a
gangster before. Thankfully, I found three ammunitions of .38 caliber
and my old firearm.

08. Q - How did you plan to kill Pedro?

A - After a long period of planning, I decided to kill Pedro in front of the
construction site where he work. I waited for him and follow him while
he was walking, then when I got the chance to kill Pedro I pulled my
firearm and shot him. After that, I heard a siren coming to our place
that’s why I escape immediately and run as fast as I can because I’m
afraid that they might shoot me also.

09. Q - Do you have any regret of doing that crime?

A- I don’t have any regret from what I have done because I just want to
kill that kind of person whom I trusted a lot.
