Exhibit 3. Liberty Counsel Demand Letter: Religious Exemption and

Accommodations from Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccine Policy, dated
September 2, 2021 (Regarding the unlawful attempt to suppress
religious exemptions and accommodations from Washington State’s
COVID shot mandate.)

To: Clark County Washington (Employer)

c/o Clark County Human Resources/County Counsel

Dear Employer:

The undersigned employee hereby declares and assert a sincerely held

religious belief and conviction that prevents me from receiving one or more of the

mandated COVID-19 vaccines.

The employer has directed me to get vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine

that is known to the Employer to be capable of causing the death of a human being;

has caused the death of thousands of human beings; and or has inflicted other

serious bodily harm on thousands of human beings after receiving one of the

mandated COVID-19 vaccines.

I cannot receive a COVID-19 vaccine because to do so would violate my

sincerely held religious beliefs against murder, suicide and the killing of another

1
human being, in addition to other Commandments of God set forth in Exodus 20:1-

17 and Deuteronomy 5:21:

The Holy Scriptures further reveal that God knew us even before we are

conceived. See, e.g., Psalm 139:13-16 and Jeremiah 1:4-5 (“The word of the Lord

came to me, saying, ‘Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you

were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.’”).

Also, while a child is in her/his mother’s womb, the mother must provide

maintenance and sustenance for her own immune system, and the developing

immune system of her unborn off-spring. God did not burden the male species with

this extraordinary duty to human reproduction. Thus, there is an additional,

substantial risk that receiving a COVID-19 vaccine could interfere with female

reproduction and cause the death of, or serious injury to, the unborn child. This

would also be murder, as defined in the Holy Scriptures.

2
Moreover, the Christian Church expressly condemns the killing of human

infants while in the womb, or condoning such murder, from earliest times. See,

e.g., “The Didache”, a conduct code of the early Christian community, dated by

some as being as early as 70 AD; “Loeb Edition of the Apostolic Fathers”; “A Plea

for Christians”, written around AD 177 by Athenagoras; and Tertullian, in his

Apologeticum, written in 197 AD: (“Murder being once for all forbidden, we

[Christians] may not destroy even the fetus in the womb, . . .”)

Hence, the numerous ways the COVID-19 vaccines would cause me to run

afoul of my duty under God, the Holy Scriptures directly prohibits me, in every

way, from participating in COVID-19’s murderous schemes, to include condoning

or encouraging others to be vaccinated, either voluntarily or involuntarily.

For the above stated reasons, and notwithstanding any applicable individual

statutory rights I may have existing under Federal and State laws, including the

right of informed consent free of coercion, I am demanding a religious exemption

and accommodation pursuant to my individual power reserved under the Tenth

Amendment:

3
The Tenth Amendment has recently been explained and interpreted by the

U.S. Supreme Court in Bond v. U.S., 564 U.S. 211 (2011) and Bond v. United

States, 572 U.S. 844 (2014) (‘An individual may ‘assert injury from governmental

action taken in excess of the authority that federalism defines.’”).

The above-described Exhibits are attached in support of my Religious

Exemption Declaration (“RED”).
