How does curiosity affect a person’s way of innovating?

-Curiosity can give you an experiences and knowledge, because if you are curious you
ask question and when you ask question you have the answer. That’s why curiosity
have a big impact to a person because curiosity helps us to solve a problem. Curiosity
is about recognizing, seeking out, and even preferring things that are new, unusual, and
outside of one’s normal experience.

If the company did not ask Egon Zehnder to evaluate their employee, would it have
made a difference in their decision on whether to hire him or not? Why or why not?
